Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality artisan leather belts. However, because we deal with natural materials and custom craftsmanship, there are specific guidelines we follow. Have you ever wondered why no two leather hides are identical? That's because they're 100% authentic, and small variations are a mark of quality, not a defect.
1. Custom Orders & Bespoke Items
Everything we make in our custom workshop is tailored just for you. Because of this personal touch, custom orders are final sale. We'll work closely with you during the design phase to make sure every stitch is perfect before we start hammering.
2. Belt Repairs & Resizing
We're experts at giving your favorite belt a second life. Please note that repair results can vary based on the age and condition of your leather. We'll always give you an honest assessment before we start any restoration work.
3. Shipping & Tropical Logistics
We ship from our New York HQ, but our heart is in the islands. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days once your belt is off the workbench. We aren't responsible for delays caused by the postal service or local sea monsters.
